The Chair's team is growing: six new research assistants!

The Chair wishes a warm welcome to its new research assistants coming from different fields of the social sciences and humanities.

Guillaume Bolduc, master's student in Education, will be working on how the teaching of critical thinking can be improved through web tools.

Cédrik Cormier, master's student in Philosophy at Université de Sherbrooke, will be working on the formal part of the research project on evidence amalgamation.

Jérémie Dion, undergraduate student in Philosophy including a certificate in history at Université de Sherbrooke, will be working, among other things, on legitimity concerns surrounding the expanded influence of central banks.

Sabrina Dupéré, master's student in Applied political studies at Université de Sherbrooke, will be working on will be analyzing social scientific methods for evidence amalgamation (part of the FRQSC funded project).

Jordan Girard, undergraduate student in philosophy at Université de Sherbrooke, will be working on meaning of causal generalizations and th prospects for understanding social-scientific generalizations as generics.

Anthony Voisard, doctoral student in Practical Philosophy at Université de Sherbrooke, will be working on the (il)legitimate roles of values in scientific expertise.
